Mastercraft Kitchens Pukekohe

We had a bad experience and found Mastercraft Kitchens not to honour their warranty now ending up in having to go and seek legal advice on the matter.

My new kitchen is fabulous. Really appreciated the time both Gavin and Kim took to getting the kitchen to match my vision. Couldn't have asked for a better team!

After contacting Jim Gleeson for Refresh Renovations, he and Glenn from Mastercraft Kitchen Pukekohe came to our house to discuss plans and proposed the layout. Debbie from Mastercraft then provided the plans and I went to the showroom to discuss cabinetry, design, the stone bench, and colors. I have found the team from Mastercraft excellent and the showroom had some great selections and idea inspirations. I liked the design and storage options Debbie came up with. She was amazing and patient throughout, even so, I could not decide on which stone to use for the bench for ages and she had to requote a few times. Everything has been measured perfectly and the installation process was quick and efficient. I am very happy with the design, layout, and functionality of my new kitchen.

Hate giving bad reviews but in terms of help and service this place was terrible. Wouldn't reccomend, unless you already have your design and know exactly what you want. Very little advice, options, concepts offered. And poor customer service.
