Untangled Landscapes

During the Jan 2023 torrential rain our cliff top property suffered a slip. When researching the best way to stabilize it we were recommended to Untangled Landscaping. Matt, from Untangled, was very responsive to our request for advice and a planting proposal. They gave the property a thorough inspection, which involved measuring, drone footage and cameras. We were also very impressed with the knowledge and experience they have with NZ plants and gardening in a sustainable way. They have worked hard and done a beautiful job on landscaping the main garden. The final planting of the slip area will done this coming spring when the Vetiver grass is available and in its growing season.Will post pictures and final comments after the job is completed.

Great people and really nice dogs, they get the job done on time and to excellent quality, highly recommend.

None of these reviews seem like people who actually had work done by this company. Yah personally, mat and seva are nice people, but their work is seriously questionable. We had a had a number of jobs done by them, 2 they left unfinished and we had to get other people to come in and clean up their work. Another job we had to spend thousands to fix. Dirt mounds in the front yard that turn into weeds are probably not the right call for front of house, but they always have an excuse why things don’t work out, so be prepared to untangle their mess if you hire them. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you have a nice property and are looking for a professional compete job. Some jobs were ok, but overall a let down.
