Drier wasn't draining. Would run continuously and clothes kept coming out wet. Tech came and turned the heat up, so our clothes came out hotter and just as wet. Wouldn't listen when we said that wasn't the issue. Rang the office 2 hours later to say he didn't fix anything. Came back the following week, took it away to assess, get a phone call saying there's nothing wrong with it. Asked if it had been load tested and lady on the phone assured us it was cleaned and load tested. Was obviously lying because it came back with the same issue and the filters were clearly not cleaned. Was a warranty claim so cost nothing. But even if it did I wouldn't have paid for it. Taken it somewhere else to get sorted.

B&M staff were excellent. They kept me updated about part required.Problem was LG. The parts department. They were the issue of giving incorrect dates when part arriving and part received by B& M to complete repair. Took nearly 4 weeks in total that LG took.

Excellent customer service where nothing was too much trouble. Looked to resolve my warranty issues to the best of their capabilities. Most impressed and would gladly recommend them.

Stuart Rice did a fantastic job installing new power sockets in all our consult rooms it wasn't an easy job but he got the job done now we are able to consult with our families thanks Stuart Rice.

Couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received from B&M for my EV installation . The quality of the work and timeliness of the installation were major highlights. I can’t recommend them enough.

B&M repaired my dryer. They were efficient and kept up communication whole way through. We have also used them for a new oven install in the past. Would highly recommend and I’d use them again.

Stu.rice amazing lad , very professional and any job je completed are of a very high standard ,he will be sadly missed as we know when a task is handed to him he gets it done ,we wish and his family well moving forward

The team were very helpful, friendly and provided excellent service. We live out of town and they went out of their way to allocate our job to a repair man who lived near us to reduce the travel charge. All n all good good people and good service!

Very poor at keeping you informed on time frame for parts, and it took two weeks for on-site diagnostic assessment to occur.
