Very disappointing experience. We used to go there all the time but in the last few months there's less meat in every thing we have ordered and last order of Summer rolls had prawns cut in half to create visibility of having prawns and barely had any in there. Chicken ones barely had any chicken, mostly noodles or salad. Not even mint anymore. I'm pretty sure we are not coming back. It's very deceiving.

Everything down to every nook and cranny was excellent, The menu options were easy to understand and immediately appealing. Last but not least the food was exquisite. I ordered some of the buns and was impressed by the speed of service and quality of food was top notch.Would highly recommend to those in the Ponsonby area looking for a quick bite.

Lacking in everything. The staff were friendly, but it's downhill from there I'm afraid. The beef stew was very watery. Both the beef stew and the pho had no depth of flavour.

Easily the best bánh mì I’ve had in years. Super fresh bread, tender, juicy pork, fresh veggies… what more could you possibly want in a sandwich? Not only that, it’s a cute little shop with friendly staff who’ll make your day that much brighter. Awesome.

Unfortunately the food was not that good. The service nice and friendlyThe pho is ok, not bad, ok flavourThe crispy chicken was poor, it was a chicken schnitzel cut up in strips and drizzled with sauce that was far too strong and sweetIt was very hard to eat.

We ordered lunch catering from Eat Mi for a film shoot, could not recommend them highly enough! The food was beyond delicious, and Wendy and her team went above and beyond to accomodate us. 10/10

Ordered lemongrass chicken banhmi. The chicken was plain salty and felt like microwave heated, and the bread is not crispy. This might be ok for local standard. But I have had better ones in other parts of the world (ie Viet / Other parts of Asia / Canada). Also ordered hot Viet coffee. It tasted bad. It didnt come from a Viet drip. The condensed milk they used tasted weird.Things are served in disposable containers even though we were dining in, so it is a bit unenvironmental.Skip this place if you are a visitor. Don’t waste a meal at this place. There are better sandwich / bakery shops around. Only giving 2 stars as the staff were polite and patient. Thank you.

If you're looking for something affordable and craving for Asian food, Eat Mi in Ponsonby is the place for you. I frequent this lovely little place for lunch catch ups because it's rather quiet, tucked away from the main street. If you do not know what to order, try their fried spring rolls and maybe a summer roll. Their noodle dishes like the pho or the noodle salads are really delicious too!If you're ordering your pho to takeaway, they will nicely separate the noodles from the soup so you'll enjoy the texture of the dish when you're at your destination! Amazing service.
