Poor attention to detail/ bad processes on this company's part had another persons credit attached to mine making their private information clearly available to me including residential address and mortgage data.Not a first by the looks of the comments on here.Apparently this will take them 20 days to investigate".Caused us delays and additional costs as a result; very unimpressed."

Trying to get credit history check for move over seas and error 403 access denied. Pretty stupid when people aren't sure when credit checks are needed. Didn't know it was going to be needed for a move to Switzerland. And now we've lost the flat because the kiwis can't get this sorted. Embarrassing that the government websites direct you here.

Using birth cert. & 18+ card ,had a report in 4hrs .Did the same 4 months ago and that took even less time .Rating has improved from poor to fair jumping 155 points .Thanks Centrix .
