The last few visits especially have been great, with Jess being incredibly helpful! Big variety of items all in-stock which is great, with prudent advice on using the equipment too. Online orders also ship out quickly which is great.

Bought the smaller tent package. Quality is not bad but the LED was under spec for tent.Big issue - Tent stitching has come apart . Emailed the provided email with information of what has happened with photos just to basically get ignored .Absolute joke and so much for your WARRANTY"Moving forward based on the lack of respect for the customer i will not do business with this company again and will endeavor for this be advised as such online to educate other of what to expect.Such a shame as before spending money with this company communication was good

I had visited a few stores around Auckland looking for some hydroponic equipment and nutrients for my vegetable garden when I came across Jess at this shop in Henderson. Jess exceeds all expectations, goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable and friendly, was able to give some good advice and recommend some awesome products. The store itself is easy to locate, has a wide variety of stock and is priced well compared to competitors and other grow stores in the Auckland region and online.

Hi team, I had cause to go into your Henderson branch yesterday with an issue relating to a product I had purchased over a year ago. Whilst the product was out of its warranty (less than 3 months) the manager at the store went way above my expectations and called the supplier who gave me a great reduction on a replacement. Although the store manager was within his rights to simply say sorry it's out of warranty but he didnt he went the extra mile and I walked away very happy with the outcome. Would recommend them any time
