One of the worse gyms in town. Most of the equipment is okay, some could definitely do with an upgrade. There is a very depressing vibe around the place and it looks better on the outside than the inside. Although the cost to get in is very good.

Came in for a casual workout at a very reasonable $14. Heaps of weight machines and free weights and big floor space. Older gym which gives it a good edge.
