Greenstone Car Park
A nice quiet car park at the end of the long and winding gravel road. The shelter is large and give welcome respite from the sun, wind and rain. It even has flush toilets.

Worth the drive from Glenorchy. Takes around another 45min to 1 hour, with a long gravel road. If there's been heavy rain, or forecasted, avoid as you may not be able to cross the water Ford's on the gravel road upon return

Take it easy on the gravel road leading to the carpark, loose gravel, fords and hard to see potholes..But then it is a pretty carpark and leads you to amazing tracks.
