Willis Spa

booked in for a couples love spa package, which included 2x 60minute massage 2x 45minute facials and 2x 15min scalp or foot massage. My friend and I were running late and after missing their calls to confirm i called back and the ladies had left the spa (due to thinking we were no shows) they had quickly rushed back to the spa and met us in the elevator. they opened spa and the place was immaculately clean, cozy and warm. These therapist had such beautiful service skills and manners, they were friendly and easy to communicate with they went out of their way to make us feel c omfortable. My Massage therapist called Sri had beautiful hands a good strong but relaxing touch, massage techniques were well trained and you could tell she had experience. I am a massage therapist myself and am very picky ... I have nothing bad to say she made me fall in and out of sleep many times throughout the treatment. both therapist were in sync with each other and were quiet the entire time. the only time they made noise was to leave the room. Facial was nice and refreshing. both ladies were very professional and friendly :) I would highly recommend this Day Spaand will be re-booking with Sri again :)

Very proffesional, small entrance, up three flight of stairs and one of the best massages you'll have in the variety to choose from, deep tissue to hot rocks. Busy so I'd advise to make a booking rather.

I had an great massage at Willis Spa again today. The Therapist, Wayan is excellent and I always come away feeling so much better. I can recommend Wayans reflexology skills. I am recovering from surgery and her treatments have been top class. She has managed to reduce my swelling and has really helped my recovery Thanks Wayan….You are a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience, great massage, clean and tidy, massage table was nice and warm with heating pad or blanket...so good. Even enjoyed the old school elevator :) Thanks Joyce.

I am a regular 90min deep tissue massage customer here and highly recommend their services. Willis Spa is set in a stylish Art Deco building with tall windows giving the place a light and airy feel. The furnishing are all of high quality and brand new. Of particular note are the massage tables which are very comfortable. The perfect place to relax after a hectic week.

I went for a half leg wax and the lady took less than 10mins, did a terrible job and left me with blotches of wax all over me. Terrible job. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Amazing quality and value for money. Quiet and relaxing place in the middle of the city. Highly recommend if you're booking last minute ☺️

The worst nail job I've ever had. No foot bath or exfoliation as the treatment described. Got gel polish and it still wasn't set 3 hrs later! Further to this had 3 ingrown tonails since this nail treatment 2 which were infected.
