Copy Plus

Called up to see if they could do the printing I needed on the spot because I was needing it urgently. Get there to find they are out of ink, crazy right? A printing place with no ink. Anyway I pay in advance so I can get it processed quickly, I was promised they'd have more later that day but get a message a few hours later saying it won't be there until the following day, super inconvenient. The next day though I never receive a call so I follow up and it has arrived. Go back in and we spend 10 minutes trying to get it to work to no avail. She gives me back my paper that I'd supplied and without a word walks away. It was really weird but I awkwardly stand there waiting for my USB back, she finally notices me but I still have to ask for my money to be refunded to me and she relunctly decides to partially reimburse me. She's so rude that I just want to get out of there, I paid for a service I did not receive, got mucked around and as a bonus got cold customer service. On the way out I say goodbye but she completely ignores me.

I was very grateful for the immediate and efficient service I was given, including useful advice on an issue of presentation. I often find the emailing of attachments, printing, collating and presenting of documents to be a little daunting, but the helpful lady in the shop made it easy for me. Job done. Thank you!
