Was great, hired their largest wood chipper. While using it the battery died. I took it back and they gave me a full refund even though I'd had it for over half the time I had alotted.Super friendly and helpful staff.

We have used there toilets for trade on a building site for a while. They are horrendous at there cleaning schedule. Miss the weekly clean by sometimes up to 3 or 4 days. And when they do clean it they do a shotty job of it

The woman behind the counter was really rude for no reason. She was eating take away and had such an attitude. The kid out the back was doing his best but didn't really know what he was doing. But if that woman doesn't like her job she should leave.Will never go back there.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Never again. Customer service skills are non existent. Inept staff at Christchurch office. We were charged an extra $85 for a faulty sander!!! Do not hire from these sharks.

Great company and excellent customer service!!! Quick and easy process. We hired 3.5 ton trailer for a half day in the afternoon, and were running behind to return the trailer by 5pm, gave them a call and they agreed to wait for us 15 min after hours. Much appreciated. Will definetely hire from them again!
