If you like that kind of a cardiovascular workout, then do Zumba fitness classes with Joanna.Maybe some more men could do this.

Awesome zumba class. Passionate instructor, energetic atmosphere...keeps you going (at your own leisure and pleasure pace). Even when you think you tired and want to stop...that ain't happening cause its too much FUN!
