Supercheap Auto Westgate

Good little shop has all the auto stuff you could possibly need. The staff are friendly and helpful.. I had one guy price me up a few items like roof racks, he was very helpful. Generally cheerful staff. Oil disposal box out front.

Not sure what’s happened but this place has deteriorated so bad the past year. Had a few issues so far, got called up for a click and collect is ready only to get there it’s only partially here, then when I come back a few days later to collect the rest was told it was already here sitting for a week…..special order should be done at a more reliable SCA, apparently SCA Westgate is a broker and the customer buys from the wholesalers not SCA so if something is wrong it’s your job to sort it out with the wholesaler not SCA Westgate.

Great Customer service from the team at Westgate in sorting the wiper blades I needed and fitting them for me, had me back on the road in no time

Not happy experience. Please be careful, they don’t do refund or exchange even you walk out the store 1 minutes and return.The product is at wrong price label, after I walk out the store and check the receipt, I find it is different to the price label so wanna change to another, but they said they don’t do this according to their policy. I find it quite difficult to understand as I Paid 1 minute ago.But In the end, I exchanged to the cheaper one. Thanks for their understanding

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ryan. He is a dream employee for any business owner. From his initial greeting as I walked into the store, to his support changing my wipers, assisting me with locating products and a bit of banter in between, I felt well looked after! I genuinely appreciate good customer service and Ryan is the embodiment of this. Good on you mate, thanks for brightening up everyone’s day!

Westgate was my go to store, the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now, the store is dirty, the staff lack luster and almost unwilling. The store is a polar opposite to what it once was. I will never use Westgate Supercheap again. Miss the guys.

Good local friendly service and up to date knowledge on their products from the guy on the front desk. Thanks for the seat covers mate they helped sell the car.

Terrible customer service in store came to return a product just purchased earlier today, their customer support line confirmed that products can be returned if returned in orginial condition and staff refused to credit stating new policy. Unusual policy compared to any other retailers.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for. Waited in the queue as no one was available on the floor.I noticed one customer was at the service desk, speaking to a member of staff. I decided to not hog up the queue so went and queued behind the service desk.When the guy in front finished, the male staff member served the other queue. I walked out and did something else in the area for 5 mins and came back.When I came back in, I asked another staff member for help on finding what I needed. She said just over there. I said I couldn’t find anything earlier and she said what’s on the shelf is what they have.During our conversation, she seemed to lose interest almost immediately and was more interested in the guy she knew coming past.Bit disappointing as usually the staff are quite attentive. Doubtful I’d bother coming back. Need to learn basic customer service and awareness skills.
