Went in for the sale. Hardly anything advertised was actually there and things that were there were either very small or 3-4xl. When I asked if they had a particular size the guy just said don’t know order online. Do you not have an inventory management system? How do you do stock takes if you don’t know what you have??? Useless

Took back a split vollyball and although staff told me I had liekly over inflated it still offered a refund. Very polite despite me not having a mask (with exemption) and very happy with the service and replacement.

Never stocked up and unorganised, would rather buy online. Disappointed as I’ve moved to Nelson and Lower Hutt rebel is great
