He is an arrogant, stingy, greedy, cheat. Never use Greg Hafoka from Milton Harward Construction Ltd! For almost a year (apart from a couple of short breaks) he has illegally used his house (37 Paihia Road) to cut up and process massive amounts of timber for jobs in other areas of Auckland thereby cheating other builders out of work - how can they compete with him doing this illegally?! He is too stingy and greedy to pay some rent in an industrial area like every other builder doing this type of work!He has had at least 2 and often 5 employees working everyday! They make constant horrible loud noises all day, disturbing the peace and upsetting all the neighbours with every sort of deafening saw and machine used in the construction industry (e.g. skill saws, bench saws, chainsaws, electric planers, hammer drills, grinders, routers etc, etc). The sort of loud noises that should only be heard in a residential area when a new house or alterations are being built (something he should be doing to his own dilapidated, eyesore of a house!).He uses Hiab truck and trailer units to deliver and remove the timber - that's how big his illegal operation is! He fills his front yard and driveway with huge piles of processed timber (please see the photos I posted) and often his father Basil's driveway (35 Paihia Road) as well, so they have to park on the road. He is so arrogant that he even ignores Auckland Council who told him to stop many months ago! He lied to them and then ignored them because he thinks he's above the law! All he cares about is money! Do us all a favour and never ever use him!!!

Simply the best if you haven't gone or been on one of there walk you are truly missing out...
