The Grooming Room

My dog leaves here with a beautiful haircut, clear eyes and a wagging tail. Supar happy with this place. Other places I have gotten her back with watery eyes and a very dazed expression. Not sure what thats from, i thought maybe hair in her eyes, but this place doesn't leave her looking like that so im really happy. Would recommend.

Really disappointed with the grooming room. My mum went this weekend and lady was so rude to her she left my mum tearful. Our dog was slightly matted and the groomer Liz threatened to shave him completely... then when my mum said that’s not what she wanted, they closed the door in her face.I’ve never heard anything like it and was really shocked when my mum told me about the way they had treated her. She was able to get our dog groomed within the hour at another groomers with no problems at all - so I don’t think it was entirely a matting problem.I would not recommend, terrible customer service.

Our dog came home with flee's after his grooming.My cat has allergies to flee bites they are house pets, paid the vet $260 for meds and we had use flee bombs in our flat. Not happy at all.

Amazing people, fantastic service and my dog always well groomed, clean and smells wonderful when picking her up. Highly recommend :)

I took my dog, a west highland terrier X to the grooming room in Highcliff Rd ,Dunedin on Wednesday . She really needed grooming and Liz did a wonderful job. I would recommend Liz and staff to dog owners.She looked like a new dog.
