I got my package in the end, but it sat in the NZ Post depot for weeks. They ignore communications by phone and email. After driving to the depot twice I finally got my parcel. I've also tried their USA forwarding shop service, Youshop". This is a good idea

Three weeks from Mangere Bridge Post Office to Intl Mail Centre. Parcel going to Australia. No update since 3/3/22. Now 14/3/22.40 mins at least to wait for call. Then cut off. 50 minute wait. Cut off again. One call answered and response was ...thats a shame...ring again please". Covid was the excuse. Now Russian invasion of Ukraine. Now Omicron.One shoe box sized package to go to the Gold Coast. Vlads plan to stop my sister getting her Feijoa Lumps."

Zero start ! - COULD NOT SELECT IT.FRUSTRATING AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!There is nothing about the customer service at this branch - Beckham - the ladies are fantastic good customer service. My issue has been with the NZ Post company, where we sent a parcel overseas, and it has been stuck in Auckland Airport for a month. The parcel cannot be dispatched overseas and we have asked for the return ASAP. No calls, no information, no emails from NZ Post contacting us about it. We have all the information in our parcel to be returned to us: name, address, mobile and email. Plus, we have chosen the return to sender option if it cannot be delivered, and since 01/25 our parcel has been stuck in Auckland. Every day, we call the 0800 number and nobody knows about this parcel or gives us an updated answer. Last Thursday, NZ Post, by phone, asked to send photos of proofing that we have chosen the option to return and address and we have done it; however, no answer until now! It is very frustrating and disrespectful with customers - and the parcel was expensive too - 1 envelope.

International parcel was Returned to Sender". It had the correct address but did not have a business name on it... lesson learned. Also

Maybe if you updated your scanning tools to require staff log into use them in order to know who scanned what out, you wouldn't have so many of your staff stealing our stuff!

Missing Parcel.A parcel sent to me from the UK using Track and Trace (more expensive than ordinary post), Has not arrived .NZ post tell me as I have waited over a month to try and find it,it can not be looked for or claimed for.Their Answering phone service says to be prepared for delays owing to Covid!Apparently this is my fault as I should have been tracking and tracing it all the time. Of course I did not have the numbers as they are in the UK with the sender. The sender was given a date of approx arrival here.No where on the Track Trace receipt does it advise this.When I started looking for parcel it was only 2 weeks from approximate delivery date.GPS says it has been delivered here to my address.It has NOT been delivered!I can not be given GPS coordinates.They say it is a privacy issue, but surely, it is my parcel and my house coordinates.Not much sympathy or hope given for my missing signed First Edition Art BookWhat over small or large company could get away with doing business this way!!

International parcel from China had cleared customs and returned to sender. Has been waiting at this facility with no updates for nearly two weeks.Visited the mail centre, staff was kind but unhelpful. Asked me to wait in my car for 15 minutes as they search facility. Waited 45 minutes and no one came out. They don’t know where it is.Please use DHL or FedEx.

It's only because the lowest score is 1, otherwise I think they do not deserve even 1. My International parcel arrived in NZ a month ago and the tracking stratus stopped updating after that. Called NZ post today serveral times and below is a list of story I have been told:it's not delivered and had be posted back to the sender 7 days after its arrival as there was no address on it. It arrived at a DC for sorting and delivery and may still be in sorting and required 2-3 days. It was on hold but unsure of the reason. It may no longer be at the DC as it was very long time ago- although there is no record suggest it has gone somewhere else. In the end, the overseas post office was able to help me and point me to a specific warehouse to narrow down the search. No staff at NZ post showed any interests in doing their job and just make up stories one after another... why am I not surprised they don't have business and need to shut down stores? In fact, if they are not state owned why would they still be in business!? PS - there is no method for complaining at their website. You can write an letter to their executive then after they acknowledge they received your letter, and you do not satisfy with their answer, you can complain to ombudsmen. Sounds complicated? Probabaly purposely made it this way so they are not flooded with complaints!!

I had a parcel arriving from China in 12 days, and had said it arrived at this NZ post. I've waited for 28 days, waiting for my parcel to arrive at the local post office or to our front door before I finally decided to see where the parcel is.The NZ post never gave me a notice or had never told me or shown that the parcel was in the customs and awaiting to pay GST. It just said that its at the Auckland international airport. I have emailed them 4 times already to see where the heck is my parcel and if it even exist. 2 emails on questions and 2 emails on assisstance. They never responded to my request.It was only then my mother's friend helped call the NZ post as we were overseas, which it finally worked and said its in customs awaiting for the payment in GST. The parcel delivered on 11th Nov 2018 and only got the GST info on 9th Jan 2019. Completely horrible to have to wait for my parcel for 2 months, when they never gave me any notice that I need to pay GST to recieve it, and never responded to my emails.

I used NZ post before COVID and I was satisfied with their service. However, my current experience with them is extremely disappointing. My parcel has been in the airport waiting for international departure for the past 10 days. I am also unable to reach them by phone, it is disconnected. I have no trust in NZ post anymore and lost hope that they will ever operate as they did before COVID.
