Bed was not delivered within the initial 3 weeks specified, and then wrong base arived, 1 week later base arived but not at the time given, great bed but sadly very poor service

Great experience dealing with Shiv at the Tauranga branch. Polite, knowledgeable sales guy who listened and guided us to what we wanted/needed. Delivery date isn’t for another week but not anticipating any issues. And if so, always good to have a personal contact that I’m sure would sort out. Thanks B4U & Shiv.

Great service and great deals.When looking for a new bed recently we found salesman Shiv to be very helpful and patient, not at all pushy. On finding out we were returning customers he threw in a few extras on top of what was already a good deal. We visited every bed shop in town and whilst some others were good, none were operating at this level. I absolutely recommend Beds4u.

We have bought beds there before and had a good experience so thought it would be the same this time but unfortunately the manager managed to order 2 mattresses with only one base. So after spending nearly $7k I am still sleeping on the floor for a week waiting for the base which they still haven’t told us when it’s coming!!Update; Communication has been made, along with an apology and assembly of the base and the rubbish taken away.Thank you for doing that for us.
