Nice and easy to use!

Please post signs stating parking is closed Saturday & Sunday. There is nothing and we were just accosted by a church member while parking.

Re-Hopetown lot: I had a horrible time. The whole experience to hours of my time, missing an appointment!Albeit much of it was the process. First, the direction on the app took me to the wrong parking lot - it is NOT on hopetownstreen but the adjacent street. when I finally received the assistance they placed me in the incorrect bay, so that I had to walk 15 minutes back to the lot late (1/2 additional hour of my time wasted!).There was no direction on how to leave the lot, so I was stuck in a stairwell before workers let me out.When I returned to pick up the car the next morning I could not get into the lot and sent an emergency request by text. I had a response by 2:43 - over 3 hours after my emergency telling me to use the “active session bar on the main screen”...that was no longer on my screen, and not on the app.Fortunately, construction workers at the car park let me in the gate (after taking a while to convince them that I needed to get my car) to get the car, and later opened the gate so I could leave. This was the worst experience parking in my long life.I will place bad reviews whenever I can after this awful experience.
