Great service, lovely shop assistant who served me went out of her way to secure the item I needed. Beautiful shoes if I had more time I would have purchased a pair or two....next time!

A big store with a huge variety of women's shoes (men's and kids' too but did look at those). I would rather shop here than Auckland for the sheer variety and unique shoes. I didn't find my fit today but the assistant was super helpful and did a great job of helping two customers simultaneously. There was also another assistant helping another customer. The one helping me quickly located the sizes I needed and suggested another couple of styles I could try. I would definitely come again.

The staff here really know their stuff. I never leave without a pair of shoes. Often I'll pick a couple of pairs to try on, and they instantly know from the fit, what else to show me. I've been going here for years and always return, great range reasonable prices.

Two recent visits, both lacking in any decent service. Have made a couple of purchases there in the past and the service was good, a shame something has changed on that front. Doubtful I will return.

I love this store. Great brands. Lovely people they really want the best for thier customers. I was offered a better price for the most expensive shoes I had tried on which was really nice of the owned. Best part about my style of shopping now if I spend the money on quality so I don't have to but more quantity :)
