May 19 2017 our sister was killed in a fatal car crash outside of Gore on her way to the Bluff Oyster Festival. We had organised a Funeral home in Invercargill prior to our arrival from Auckland for peace of mind. Unfortunately to our horror their lack of cultural understanding and poor personal assistance we removed our sister from their premises. But what a god send for us going to Frasers!!Darrin was waiting at the door only 5 mins away from the previous place with arms open, heater going and compassion in his heart for what we were going through. They really went over and beyond to assist us in returning to Taranaki. Since our sisters passing my husband Joe and I have not left Cherie's home we care for our 90 year old dad and her 2 boys, however last weekend we went to our home in Auckland and waiting for us was a beautiful card from Darrin, just to say he was thinking of us on her 1st anniversary. To you Darrin, you will always hold a special place in our hearts and yes we unveiled Cherie's stone along with our other brother on May 19 2018. I have recently had 2 close family deaths both during Covid restrictions. Frasers funeral home were amazing. The care they provided to me and my family was second to none. They treated both deceased family members with the utmost care and respect and provided me with all the support I needed to farewell my loved ones with dignity. I can’t thank Wilson and his staff enough. I would recommend this funeral home 100% to anyone.

Hamish made the entire process as easy as possible with nothing being a problem, even last minute requests. Highly recommended.

Tidy,. Respectfully and with the times.Minus just having soy milk as a milk alternative I would have preferred oat milk as most people can stand the flavour as it's basically porridge milk.
