Would not recommend. A combination of staff inexperience and a lack of attention to detail made our European trip of a lifetime costly, frustrating and disappointing.

I called to ask some info about my flight and Julie answered and snapped at me, when I asked her if I can call later since she was rude she said that she was busy. Is that a reason for her to snapped at customers? This is the last time i’m booking with them.
