9 September 2022My baby (2) and I (23) are new to the area (Kawakawa) and had yet to register at a doctors…as no other doctors near by were taking on new patients we were accepted by the moerewa doctors thankfully so I had thought.My daughter had been having sore puku and was showing high fevers so I booked her in only to be walking out of there in tears feeling like the worst mother and with a mamae heart for my baby!I explained to the doctor (jan Bryant) what was going on with my daughter and Because my daughter is not upto date with her immunisations (by choice) I was laughed at and told “well what did you expect”I told her yup sweet as but it is my choice to witch she then replied “yup well it’s your fault she’s sick because you haven’t got her ims” I got up and we walked out!I was in shock and so angry at her!I will not be back there and I 100% do not recommend booking with Jan Bryant shes rude and disrespectful I felt completely spoken down on by her.

Wrong pinned drop, location is not correct.

Good local doctor. Friendly. But something needs to be done with waiting times. As we waited for 1hour 20 minutes. This is a reoccurring thing . Most wait times are from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
