A pleasant experience was had because of one willing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly nice guy George who happily went out of his way to help with our purchases of garden tools. You need to employ more staff like George. He is a credit to himself and to Mitre 10 Kapiti.

Great range of products and friendly staff. The staff working the checkout are great with the kids, and never forget to ask you about having an airpoints card. The staff here are amongst the friendliest I have ever encountered. Thank you.

Mitre 10 staff are always helpful and have amazing product knowledge. I have had trouble finding an amazing staff member to ask because they seem slightly understaffed on the floor. But they always have what im looking for or can advise me where to look next.Coffee is also good. Louise cake was exceptional.
