24/7 Fitness Levin

I think the brand is let down by the Levin gym. My experience was that some staff are rude and disinterested. I was fobbed off from one staff member to another and neither of them did the gym induction which is advertised as being part of the membership. Levin also did not honour the personal trainer starter pack I won, despite the person answering Facebook messages (not from Levin) keen for it to be honoured. I put this down on the form as feedback when I cancelled my membership. Good customer service would be noticing that and honouring it, but I think it is an example of the generally poor customer service that I have seen at that branch. During lockdown I really enjoyed the online sessions with staff at the other branches who were positive and enthusiastic. I think it is just Levin that lets down the brand.

Great little gym, good equipment and layout, very helpful staff.

It's great. However machines could do with a clean and upgrade. But it's my local and I enjoy going there with my partner ☺️

Great 24/7 Studio with no long term contract, just pop in and decide how long you will be a member.Equipment is a bit old, but who says it needs to be modern, to stay fit:) You can do all basic exercises, equipment is well maintained.Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want a good studio with a great atmosphere, then this is the right place for you.

I had been looking at joining a gym for a while, but had hesitancy about it.After countless searches on the internet, and a few messages later, I plucked up the courage to give 24/7 a go.From the first time I went in the vibe I got was really good.From orientation, to training on my own, to having Personal Training sessions has made all the difference. I haven't looked back.From meeting the staff, to having a Personal Trainer (Zenyatta), who has picked me up on and helped me to correct little mistakes I had been making has been a huge help. Zenyatta, I thank you for that.Training six days a week, has been an awesome journey, every day I train, I'm becoming stronger, feeling better and it's made a huge help to my wellbeing.Thank you so much!!

Very annoying and a lot of unnecessary steps in order to cancel membership. Had to go in during working hours just to fill a form out, and they still deducted money for 2 weeks!! Makes them come off as money hungry…
