Ritchies bus drivers are horrible. Today my driver didn’t even let me sit down and I nearly fell over and she was driving so fast it felt like she was speeding

The service from this company is terrible. The driver will shout at you for telling them to stop, and will take the wrong route taking you to a random location and telling you to get out, and when you try to talk to the driver they tell you to be quite or to get off the bus. This is one of many different occasions and is very disappointing. There is NO safety or guarantee with this company and being a student this is not something we should have to deal with.

Worst service ever, expect a one hour delay if you book with them. And don't expect to get noticed about it, neither call cause they never know where the bus is.

Very poor road etiquette shown by a Ritchie's bus driver. Incredibly inconsiderate driving by not pulling over while holding up 15+ cars, to let them pass, hence nearly causing head on crashes by frustrated drivers trying to overtake. Vehicle progress was so slow it was understandable cars behind were wanting to overtake. There were plenty of safe places to pull over to let faster traffic past.Also poor customer consideration when rung up to make an informal complaint and the recommendation to pull over in the slow vehicle bay to let traffic pass.

Abysmal customer service. I lost a valuable piece of jewellery with very sentimental value and the woman on the phone didn't even ask for a description, just took my name and said she would call me if anything was found which I highly doubt. This was after trying several lines to get through to anyone since they don't bother to answer the phone. Compared to AT who were actually very helpful and thorough in determining the bus I was on before they referred me, Ritchies really could not care less about their customers which just goes to show why they are rated so poorly.

These guys are shocking. The buses have been showing up on AT app, but then suddenly vanish. Most unreliable service. They also don't answer the phone, I guess others are complaining too - and on top of that, they don't contact you back. Truly lousy.

Did the First Aid Training with some of the staff. It was a great out there. Great experience all over.

Customer service is just absolutely bs. Called on thursday for lost items on bus. Did not answer phone at all until next morning. Took details, however also asked if could check security footage for bus. They said they will relay message to night shift however could only reach back on monday as friday-weekend was closed office. Tried calling on monday, the phone doesnt even bother ringing and goes straight to voicemail. This is the most, frustrating, useless service, ever received.
