Called up to enquire about a part. The guy on the phone seemed annoyed i had called from the start then sharply cut me off on my request. The cost of being polite is priceless.

There was a sign declaring that prices include gst but when it was time to pay they charged a different amount to the one quoted on the phone too.They should have clear pricing.

Overpriced. Charged me $172 for a single strut and spring. $22 was the gst added. Found another shock in much better condition from nisbits $70 plus $10.50 gst. Won't be going back there ever again. The owner was also quite rude. Found out later the strut was missing half its oil and have been told by a mechanic that it won't last me longer than 6 months at least. The website is full of it also. Rediculous.

I work for a car dealership in the Waikato, I rang up these guys trying to find some parts for one of my customers as recommended by another outlet. When I made the inquiry the person whoever I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude to the the point where I was blown away! If you are in business trying to sell parts you would think that maybe you might be a little more helpful ? Don't have time for this and I strongly recommend to never go here for parts unless you want the worst service :) Cheers
