We bought our sauna last month, and love it! Brilliant pre and post sales service. Delivery was within 48 hours of paying, and it arrived in Whangarei really well packaged. Installation by ourselves was relatively straightforward; took us a couple of hours. It looks great and is simple to use. In every way it reflects what you see on their web site; quality fittings and quality construction.

I just absolutely love my Sun Stream Sauna. I am suffering from cancer at the moment and read reports of how saunas can help. I love the relaxing escape I get in it from a pretty stressful time in my life. Playing music through the Bluetooth speakers is fantastic. Once I rang Mark I knew from his helpful knowledge that this was the company to purchase from. From supply to install the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend to anyone!

I have just bought an Infrared Sauna from Sun Stream Saunas and dealt with Mark from the enquiry stage until installation. I had read all the reviews about the product and the personal service but never expected the level of service and product satisfaction that I received. I had tons of questions and Mark replied to those immediately with extras including videos.Mark went way over and above of my view of what good service looks like and I like to believe I have a very high standard.As for the product itself I could not have been more impressed. I have been using traditional saunas for over 30 years and was a bit concerned about the heat and sweat factor of the infra red version. Well those fears were dispelled immediately upon my first session in my new sauna.The best purchase I have ever made.

I purchased my sunstream sauna a month ago, after 18 months of research, looking into the best heaters, placement, watts etc. I am thrilled to say, it's one of the best decisions of my life. It is well worth the investment, based on the benefits. I feel clean on the inside and outside, and having that delicious, safe space to sit in, warm, with beautiful music and healing scents, it has also accelerated healing on an emotional level. Completely unexpected but amazing. Mark has made himself available right throughout the entire process, even answering txt's late at night. A wondeful company and top class product.
