We are enjoying our fabulous Palazzo Kitchen, its amazing we are so impressed with the end product. The quality of the product is the best we have seen and this is not our first new kitchen. The installer was really good and did an excellent job, quite the perfectionist.Sarah was great to deal with and her input into the deign and function was invaluable and she was with us every step of the way through to completion. I cant recommend her highly enough and she has finished a kitchen for a relative who was on a smaller budget but is equally as delighted as we are.

It always seemed small, but anyone who has seen its replacement is as surprised as we are at how the space has been opened up and transformed into the sleek and spacious area it now is. I had my kitchen totally redone by these amazing guys. Sarah the designer did a great job with our kitchen design. She made the most out of the small area. I loved how you could see a 3D design and change things around I highly recommend anyone wanting a new kitchen. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Fantastic customer service. The showroom is full of great inspiration and our designer Pieta had such great patience and an amazing creative flair. She supported us all the way through. Our final design was acceptional and quality of our kitchen perfect. Nothing I would want to change so very happy.

We selected Palazzo Kitchens on the recommendation of a project manager who had used Palazzo before. The design process was excellent with several options investigated and suggestions made by Sarah the Palazzo designer. It should be noted that Palazzo are not the cheapest joinery available, however we have been very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of Palazzo from design through to the install. Palazzo have kept to their program for design, ordering, delivery and install. The installation contractor was excellent and has recently adjusted a drawer which had a small clash to operating perfectly. The only small downside is that since Palazzo joinery is manufactured in Germany, the time required for replacement parts etc is quite long. In general we are very satisfied with our Kitchen Joinery and thank Palazzo for the service they have provided for us.

I recently hired Palazzo kitchens for my kitchen remodelling, and I couldn't be happier with the results.The designer Amanda who worked with me to create my dream kitchen was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my ideas, asked thoughtful questions, and presented a range of options that fit my style and budget.The installation team was also top-notch. from the joinery, to benchtop installer, the final products have received so many complements from my friends and family and I know that this is a space that I will enjoy for years to come.

As a repeat customer of Palazzo Kitchens in Christchurch, I can highly recommend the professional designers. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and nothing is too much trouble. The showroom is great with lots of ideas and products to choose from. I am so looking forward to my new kitchen, laundry and scullery.
