EKOH-STORE

I made a second order to Ekoh-Store after enjoying my first order of products. That second order was paid for on 3 May 2023 and I received an instant order confirmation from them stating they would email when the order was sent. Since then NOTHING. I mean NOTHING, zero responses to my emails and voice messages.I had the same experience as the other most recent reviewer.Their website looks like they are happy to take orders (and your money) but unless I hear from them with a refund or a full order, I will not purchase again from this website.UPDATE 7 JUNE - I made a further attempt to contact Ekoh last week via the online Chat and finally someone replied that they would pass on my message to the Distribution Manager. Nothing more than that but I am pleased to say that the following day my goods were dispatched and I received them yesterday. There was no apology or explanation but I am very glad to have received my products.

I placed an order online (and paid) on 26th March.I received a confirmation by email and was advised they would confirm when the order had been despatched.I have had no further communication from them despite my numerous attempts to contact them .I am very disappointed as I have used their products regularly in the past and really like them.

Great product

Lovely reusable bottles. The bottles are great quality and the silicone bottom makes them stable and you don't have to carefully place it down all the time. the cute stickers are perfect and they are a great size for making up homemade cleaners.

I absolutely love love the products!! the bottles are high quality; the swedish dishcloths are amazing for all surfaces; highly recommend all the lemon myrtle products, they smell divine. So happy to have found this store.

I had great experience with EKOH, the support I received was thorough and timely. Thank you so much! The loofahs and brushes are 100% eco friendly to protect our planet, I hate plastic! Would definitely recommend EKOH to you and your friends!
