I had a wonderful experience at the Anstice Optometrists. The staff are super friendly and everything works very efficiently. I was examined by Penny McCracken, who is a wonderful professional. She really knows what's happening inside your eyes and she can explain this to you in a very simple way. I spent about 40 minutes having my eyes checked, but never enjoyed the procedure that much in my life. Wonderful place, real professionals.

Today I had an appointment for 12o'clock I had an eye scan immediately took about 3 minutes but then waiting over 30 mintues with with no communications, I left. Customers deserve better. I can toterate delays but 30mintues is too much.

Took my daughter 3 years ago, and the service was exceptional - that's why I chose to see them for myself recently. Walked out with frames to mull over and to get other's opinions. Fantastic attention to detail. Very thorough eye exam.

Honestly, I've been going here for years. the service is really good (sometimes) and the optometrists themselves are good but the pricing, jeez that pricing. I brought one pair of glasses for almost 1000 dollars. I am a student, I can't afford groceries this week but I still shelled out of my savings for something I could have gotten done at quarter the price elsewhere. I knew I was paying heaps but I didn't think I was getting scammed as much as I was.
