Teresa was exceptionally helpful with my sudden deafness. Not only did she get back to me in rapid time, yet she booked me an appointment after hours to help aid my stress. A great place. I went for a hearing test and also to get some custom earplugs made as i work in a noisy environment. Very happy with the way i was looked after and kept informed on progress etc. Highly recommended !

I came to Teresa after having hearing tests done by two of the big chain stores, both of which were ok but a wee bit pushy with respect to selling me hearing aids. Teresa was far more skillful and offered a personal, rather than corporate approach. I've had the hearing aids for a year now and just love the ones she helped me choose, they are so cool, I still get a buzz every time I put them in, it's a super adrenaline rush to suddenly hear all these sounds I have been missing. Like a mild and exciting electric shock. Highly recommended!
