The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I don't have many issues with getting what I need from here. Plenty of stock and lots of variety. When I've needed help getting to figure out what I need for my projects the team gave been incredibly helpful.

Returns, refunds - the lady on the counter (Michelle) provided very bad!! customer service. Why is it they feel the need to make you feel like you are in the wrong for returning a faulty product. Came out of Mitre 10 feeling very upset with the way I was treated. No need for it!!

Great shop. Lots of parking. Has everything the home handy person needs. Staff very helpful if you are a bit of a novice. Great parking. Lovely coffee shop. Lots of lovely treats. Even has a playground for kids.

Brought a outdoor table . Served by Carol, absolute fantastic service she is a real asset to your store . We came down from south of Whangarei as they didn't have stock . Will travel the extra distance next time just because of the way we were treated by Carol .

I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!

Staff are available to help you find what you are looking for. A pleasant place to shop with a cafe & restrooms available. At the moment there is a very good choice of plants. I found everything I was looking for and was asked by a staff member if I needed any help carrying my shopping. You can also get keys cut here. The Colombus Cafe within mitre 10 has drastically improved. Certainly worth a visit. There is a good garden centre that has plants and all garden needs
