My 5 year old started karate at Proactive in Mt. Pleasant last term and loves it! He always comes away with a big smile and feeling really positive. Liam is a great teacher, as are his helpers. Would highly recommend.

Very fun and engaging self-defence lessons. The instructor was really helpful in building confidence and resilience when learning and as the classes are inclusive of all ages and genders, I brought my younger brother with me who thoroughly enjoyed t!!
