We’ve used the Groundcover Landscaping team a number of times now and it is always an awesome experience. They are on time, professional and their work it too class.Right from the quoting process and initial discussions, they were upfront and open about what we could achieve and the costs associated. It was a tricky time due to product delays and project bottlenecks but their communication was great.They problem solved any issues, saw things through to completion and we couldn’t be happier with the landscaping around our new pool.

We used Groundcover Landscaping to redo paths that a previous landscaper did (which were falling apart), install macrocarpa retaining, plant, and mulch. They were very quick, smashing it out in about two days. The quality of the workmanship is very good (especially the paths and stairs). Overall we are very happy with the work done. We are very happy with the work that Ground Cover have put in. Our pool and landscaping look amazing and they followed our design plan exactly how we wanted. Their communication was great and they provided tips and solutions along the way which were very helpful. It was not a big job to anyone else but to us it was enormous! Cleaning up the front of our property and rebuilding our gardens was simply too much for us to do and we needed help! Groundcover landscaping came to our aid and from the beginning we were really impressed with their rapid response and their emphasis on service. They cleared everything away and rebuilt our gardens as we wanted them. They look amazing! I can’t thank the team enough for the kindness they showed, the regular contact to make sure it was what we wanted and the regular communication. We have just completed a landscaping project with Groundcover and could not be happier. The communication was clear from the start and throughout the project. Working with Graeme, Michelle and the team at Groundcover Landscaping was awesome. I was lucky to have more or less a blank canvas to work with, but starting from zero can also seem a bit daunting. Graeme really took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve, and the ideas I had. He was able to guide me through the process, working with me to arrive at a plan that delivered on the function I was looking for and gave me a modern design with minimal planting and maintenance. My onsite team, Simon and Luke were super friendly and took great care of my place. I was really impressed with how quickly the team worked on bringing the plan to life, and it was always exciting to head home at the end of a day at work to see how much everything had changed. The team behind the scenes were equally as awesome too. Jan got in touch as soon as I had accepted the quote to introduce me to Simon, my project manager, making sure I had all the details I would need to be in touch with him at any point, introducing me to the team, and walking me through the project process. The surprise gift box to welcome me as a Groundcover Landscaping customer was a pretty special touch too!! The end result had a great mix of mediums to compliment my house and really made the most of my indoor and outdoor flow. It makes me happy every single day I pull into my drive. The team at Groundcover Landscaping are fantastic to deal with, the communication from Graeme and the project management team is excellent and the work done by the landscaping team, including decking and fencing for pools, is first class. We will be using them again and would highly recommend them for all landscaping design & build projects.
