the biggest warehouse at the North Shore..they are making changes to the shop layout and everything is mixed, so lucky we got 50% for the yellow tags. Love shopping at the warehouse and grab many cheap bargains..

Probably the best Warehouse I have been too. The place is gigantic and well-labeled so that people could tell the section from FAR AWAY. Loved that I managed to find the blanket we wanted for winter rather easily.I recently learn that people could use the Warehouse App to scan the bar code of any PRODUCT and get the after-discount price which is super helpful if you want to figure out the final price considering the % discount.The final surprise was that WE GOT $15 discount off at self-check after the POS machine prompt me to scan my Warehouse membership card! So thrilled about it.

I have never seen a Warehouse so clean, bright, and lively. If this is the new standard that The Warehouse is following then good on you team! It's about time.

Found many of their items very reasonably priced. On that basis, we made 3 purchases. Highly recommended to go and have a good look around.

To make this abundantly clear, this is not the stores fault!I brought a Gascraft Huntington BBQ from the Albany site. The service I received was adequate but the BBQ is a pile of rubbish! I should know better, The Warehouse has sold substandard items to people forever! I am done, this is the absolute last time I buy anything of importance off these dollar dealers!

In briefly please read:Do you want to grow a Mould in your house - don’t worry you can get one for free if you purchase any from Warehouse Albany.Do not delete this again - will post this over and over again.Your Warehouse is ridiculous guys. You need to uplift your standard.As you can see from the images the mould is there (luckily the images are missing the nasty smell).I left my details some of the manage to contact me - nah - no way why they should call me?Keep up the bad standard guys.As I mentioned previously do not delete this message - all your customers should know what kind of “surprises” they can get especially now when the Christmas is approaching.

LOVE the new floor! Really brightens up the place. Well organized and neat, friendly staff and easy to find things. Always such a great shopping experience. Only suggestion is to add more light coloured pots to the garden section.

Nice store but the workers didn't help at all. Customer service was very poor and noone bothered to try help, standing around talking to each other swinging keys around and on phones (worker in electronics on Facebook) poor attitude aswell. Needed help finding an idem after walking around the whole store as it said it was in stock online, when I asked a worker for help she said go somewhere else because it's probably out back and under loads of stuff. Not great at all, would recommend some prober management and training. (I must add there was a very nice middle aged lady that helped point me in the direction that it was supposed to be with a smile, good job to her)

Not helpful at all. Was told that the toy I wanted to buy had 7 in stock and was out the back on a pallette
