Beach Pilates
So lucky to have Beach Pilates in our small town. All of the instructors are incredible. I have been going for a number of years now and they have supported me through two pregnancies, postbnatly and post a knee operation. They know how to support you, keep you safe and strengthen your body and mind. I look forward to my weekly date each week!

I love the smaller class size and the attentive trainers. You can see the amount of work that goes into each class as the classes flow nicely and will challenge you when needed. I’m yet to find another studio where I know I’ll consistently get good trainers!Bonus: you’ll make friends because everyone is so nice and friendly! - super welcoming environment. Big fan of Beach Pilates!

I love the vibe and the all-inclusive feel at Beach Pilates. The instructors are warm, welcoming friendly, and encouraging. Lots of classes for me to choose from which is super helpful. I’d highly recommend!
