Completely and utterly incompetent. Had our yellow recycling bin removed for contamination" (one or two plastic bottle caps). These clowns wonder why people are dumping rubbish on the side if the road and I can see why. One star is too generous if you ask me."

Rude and arrogant staff towards the public - uneducated on people's right to film in the publicly accessible building. Security guard assaulted a member of the public and verbally abused them for filming. Christchurch City Council staff attempting to intimidate and provoke members of the public.

Tried making noise complaint to noise control and they said that I must contact the police non emergency line instead.And they send noisy rd workers out after 11pm

Very dissatisfied our canal and drains are worrying our neighbour's as there section gets flooded due to drain never being cleaned plenty of staff been to look at it but nothing down about canal or drain

All staff need to be trained on the legalities surrounding filming in public places and publicly accessible areas. Rate payers expect professionalism and respect from their staff and they failed big time. More staff training needed.

What an absolute disgusting way to treat patrons in a public building. Uneducated security staff assaulting and threatening, staff standing by watching security do so. Absolute pathetic behavior
