Natalee Kruger was an absolute pleasure to meet and partner with. My wife and I relocated to New Zealand with our fur baby which is quite daunting. Our experience and introduction to New Zealand was so much more seamless and positive largely due to Natalee and her efforts in helping us secure a home in under 2 weeks from date of landing. She took the time to understand our requirements, responded with urgency, efficiency and focused on the client experience throughout the entire journey. Finding a pet friendly rental is quite a challenge, as many of you know, but Natalee is deeply invested and passionate about helping people find homes and her kindred spirit did just that. She helped us find a beautiful home for us and our fur baby, followed through on commitments made and made sure we were in our new home and all set up just in time to celebrate a religious holiday. Thank you so much Natalee for your kindness, passion, sincerity and for making sure we found a home where we can thrive, in a new country. Natalee Kruger worked with me to transfer the management of our properties to Harcourts Porirua. Natalee is the ultimate professional - always well prepared and she always follows through. She was delightful to deal with, friendly and bubbly, and I enjoyed meeting her and was very happy with the way the process flowed.

I’ve been renting for a couple years and have dealt with a fair mount of property management companies, this is by far, the most unorganised and unprofessional one.The issues began when an agent unexpectedly showed up for a house inspection in November 2022, which I had not been informed about. Despite both my flatmate and I being named on the lease, the agent claimed that they had only emailed my flatmate regarding the inspection. However, my flatmate later confirmed that she had never received such an email.Furthermore, the property manager, Alana, and the rest of the team seem to struggle with some basic math. They ended up sending me incorrect bills for rent payment twice. Each time the bill was more than what I was supposed to pay (e.g. in one of the bills, they thought it’s a good idea to charge me one more week of rent).By the end of my tenancy, the team also decided to charge me an insane amount of cleaning fee, which I have to go to the tenancy tribunal to get it settled.Beyond these issues, what truly infuriated me was the level of unprofessionalism demonstrated by the property manager throughout our interactions. It would often take her a minimum of one to two weeks to respond to a single email, and I can never get through to her on phone. In fact, at the end of the tenancy, I had to contact the landlords myself to get a hold of her, as she seemed to be too busy to reply to my emails or answer her phone for two weeks.The whole experience to me was a nightmare and has caused me so much stress and anxiety. I do hope this is not the level of service they provide to all their customers.

Landlords seeking a property manager - look elsewhere.The management of my property by this group has been nothing short of abysmal:- unusually high attrition - new property manager assigned on average every ~6 months- unauthorised spending of funds- overinflated invoices from Harcourts 'preferred tradespeople' before being paid without any form of review over the content of the invoices (again, unauthorised)- emails to the property manager and company management left unanswered for weeks or just completely ignored- complaints from tenants that maintenance issues are not acknowledged by Harcourts for weeks at a time, and communication is similarly poor or non-existentThe General Manager of this company states in their bio that they 'prides themselves in having open communication to develop a good working relationship with owners and tenants' - my experience and that of my tenants has been anything but that.I will be encouraging friends and family to place their investments with a property management firm that actually acts with integrity.Note: the wall of tacky and clearly orchestrated pseudo reviews here should tell you everything you need to know about this outfit.

I honestly can't thank Natalee Kruger enough for helping us find such a wonderful home, along with our little kitty. Finding a new rental with a pet can be so daunting, especially when you've been living in one place for such a long time - Natalee made the process easy, and encouraged us to try a location we perhaps hadn't thought to look at - and we couldn't be happier - this place is just perfect for us, just like she knew it would be. It hasn't quite been a week but it is already feeling like home. Thank you so much Natalee!
