Britomart Train Station
Super easy to get to from the CBD. Lots of trains coming and going constantly with lots of friendly staff around to help. It’s currently undergoing construction with the city rail link development so it will be awesome to see what it’s like when they’re finished. Travelled from Britomart to a rugby game and they had put more trains on and it was super easy to get to Eden Park.

We like the retro architecture style which blends in the post-modern theme! It is hub of electric train, buses and taxi. Is is located in the historic part of Custom Street at the bottom of Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand.

Britomart Train Station is a fantastic transportation hub with numerous positive features. Its location is convenient, making it easily accessible. The building itself is spacious and well-maintained, offering a clean and pleasant environment for commuters. The signage is clear, making it easy to navigate and find the correct platform. Although ongoing updates are taking place, it doesn't significantly impact the overall functionality of the station. With its efficient operation and focus on passenger convenience, Britomart Train Station provides a reliable and enjoyable commuting experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this station is a great starting point for exploring Auckland and its surrounding areas.

It was awesome to see the Britomart Station just because it’s something different. There are cool skylights above the track which you can then look at from the top and it’s a really unique idea. The station was very clean and well lit. Overall, it was a great place to go and it would be even cooler to actually catch a train there.

Very clean, lots of helpful people around to direct us. Felt safe at night. Good toilets. AT app was invaluable to navigate journey planning. Be sure to get an AT card and load it with money as save heaps if have teens and under 13s (latter are free on bus and train with a card)

Fake reviews by transport stuff. Atmosphere inside very unfriendly and prickly. Security all over watching you like a hawks. Stuff need to be educated how to deal with customers in civilised manners but it will wont happened because it corrupt to the core.

7:40am 12th may: I was on the Munaku line waiting for it to leave. The lould speakers went off saying we need to move to where the western line trains are. I got up and got my bag to put it on then the door at the end of the carriage came flying open the handle slamming into my back. An islander lady with short hair came out looking a me then walks passed saying oops to herself but not saying sorry to me. If anyone that works here sees this I’d like for you to take action and talk to her because it was her fault and there was no apology at all.
