GWD Toyota Alexandra

Absolutely fantastic service. Was able to walk in and walk out with the parts that required without having to wait for parts to be ordered in. Extreamly fast and efficient crew.

Absolute horrible experience at GWD Toyota in Alexandra. Took my car for a service and WOF. Then realised my car is leaking oil which it never did. The mechanic never returned the sump plug which is very dangerous, if my car hit bearings they would have denied any responsibility and I would have to caught up the money. First they made it sound like it's my fault and I said no my brother in Law is a mechanic and we took photos. So took it in so they could top up the oil and clean the oil spill. Nice of them to the wash my car probably to apologise but then they broke off my reverse camera. Took it back again and when they returned it the manager said 'o seems it was glued before' no lady I actually bought the car with 10000km in mint condition and I have photos showing there was no hot glue. When they returned it, it was hot glue back with a thick layer and unstable so will break off easily. How they make things sound like it's your fault and then repair it with glue, that me loosing value on my vehicle. I am totally disgusted with their service and there customer service. Won't use them again and will definitely share my experience with people thinking of taking their car there. Unbelievable!!!!

Pushy sales, booked a car, informed very clearly that waiting for payment ..car sale, ( they offered my 2016 captiva 90000km at $10000 only, Isold myself through fb, got 16900) but they sold the car to some one else..I feels something wrong on the car, regardless for the hurry..feels dodgy.

Just had my first 15,000km/1 year Toyota Care Service Advantage and was surprised upon pick-up that the vehicle had not been cleaned - inside or out! My husband bought a ‘61 Velox and a ‘63 Vauxhall (both new) from GWD Invercargill and their service included the interior and exterior as a matter of course! Times have indeed changed! We have other vehicles that are always returned spotless and they weren’t purchased brand new. Something to consider perhaps?

Great service, dedicated team with a wealth of knowledge

After Christmas the workshop team helped us out with our 1972 combo twice. They couldn't have been more helpful, the second visit was at 3.15PM on Friday. We were so grateful, old vehicles can be such challenge, so we left happy, and can spread the good word.

A big thank you to Rod Mason for my new MG EV. Delivered earlier than expected and he was fantastic with arranging things such as accessories and guidance on charging. Thank you to Saras Scott as well :)
