We want to say a big THANK YOU to all involved with installing our new windows and doors, from the quotation team over the production team to the installation team, all did an exceptional job and the result is stunning.We really enjoy warmth and a lot more of quite time from all the road noise on State Highway 1.

NK replaced all our (double glazed) aluminium bedroom windows last year, as I was sick and tired of wiping them daily, and the paint on the window sills bubbling and the wood splitting, not to speak of the mould and mildew in all those nooks & crannies ... Now that we have had many months of all weather, I can say categorically that we have had zero, absolutely zero moisture on the inside of our new uPVC windows. They always feel warm and dry. It has definitely improved the temperature and comfort in the house, even in the room furthest away from the heatpump. If I have one regret, it's that we couldn't afford to exchange the entire houselot of windows and ranchsliders: uPVC is clearly hugely superior to the aluminium that's mysteriously still being used NZ-wide. If you have a choice, if you can afford to build, you'd be crazy to choose aluminium. Tania was incredibly patient working with us through several quotes to see just how much we could afford to do. Installation day went off without a hitch. Couldn't recommend these windows, and this company more.

Our immediate thoughts were our house no longer feels like it's leaking heat". Exceptional products that significantly outperform our 15 year old double-glazed aluminium windows. No more condensation. Tilt & turn windows and doors means we can securely ventilate ... and no longer run the risk of kids hitting their heads on an open window!I suggest you have a close look at glass options ... to reduce summer overheating we opted for Performatech206 on north and west faces. Standard Low E & Argon on all other windows."

Fantastic staff and product. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. There were some unavoidable delays with our project, but the communication was fantastic throughout. The price wasn't much above replacing with aluminium, and the performance of the UPVC is far superior. The house was instantly quieter, and it's noticeably warmer, with no more condensation.

We're overall happy with the joinery. It did take about 4 or 5 service trips over about 5 months to get everything adjusted and working properly.We like the tilt and turn mechanisms and they seem quite sound proof and airtight.I don't like the recess at the bottom of the smart slider, it's a magnet for dirt and rubbish and annoying to step over. The rubber seal is also vulnerable to coming off when stepped on which is a design flaw.

This company is a comedy of errors.I ordered a cat door install. I was quoted a 10 day turn around.I was expected to pay in full at the time of ordering.12 long weeks and 2 phone calls later, no cat door.I have since been told that despite being lied to twice on the phone, saying there were supply delays"

Just had NK come out and quote for our windows and doors and well itemised and understandable. And quite surprising less than what I thought it would be. Just a little bit more than retrofit which I know would be useless with our old warped wood. After doing so much research NK windows is definitely what I would go for. We are now working out which windows to do first.

We had such an amazing, stress-free experience with NK windows. Tani is wonderful and a real asset to the firm. She explained everything so clearly and at great details and was super flexible when we wanted to make changes to the plan. She oversaw the project and was always available, always super helpful and accomodating. The crew who installed the windows and doors was professional and the work they did was spotless. The after-care was also top-notch. The product itself is just superior and really transformed our house. Overall, we could not be happier with the service we got from NK, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We just had 8 windows and a new door installed by NK windows, and immediately notice the increased warmth and decreased noise inside the house. The windows look good and the opening tilt and swing hardware works really well. Particularly impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the people we dealt with from the initial quote to the detailed measure and the final installation. The install guys were happy to answer all my questions and kept everything very tidy while installing as well, great attention to detail. PVC windows are the way to go, and we picked NK windows because we liked that they have their own NZ based factory to make sure windows are made for NZ building requirements and that they complete the install as well so it was easy, and we knew it was done right for the window requirements.

Can highly recommend NK Windows to anyone who wants high performance glazing on their house. Tani and the team were a pleasure to deal with, and accommodated all our requests. Easy and professional install, thanks again!
