Bought a Lexus GS350 recently and the service from Tariq was exceptional. He was very friendly and professional. Tariq event went the extra mile to be available for me outside their business hours. Quick and efficient sales process and car was well presented on pick up. You can see that they take great care of cars as most of the cars are kept indoors in a covered warehouse. Highly recommend this dealership!

The experience was spectacular. Loved there car collection and the amazing helpful stuff who guided us through out our purchase one of the best dealerships in auckland in my point of view.

All I can say is top service. Tariq is a great salesman. I was an out of town buyer & he went the extra mile for me, even collecting me from the airport when I flew in to pick my car up.

I came to check a Benz A-180. I called and confirmed the time as well (in addition to arranging a viewing time from the trademe app). I also asked if a can get the finance approval in advance so I can get an idea about the weekly payment. But they wanted a refundable $500 for it. I said I will come and see it first.When I asked for a test drive the sales person told me that I need to inform them in advance that I need a test drive. I said that's why I booked a time (nobody obviously gonna buy a car without a test drive).Then he said ok, I need to sign some papers before a test drive. That's fine. I was gonna do the paperwork.Then I had few questions about starting the car. Then he asked if I have driven a Benz before.I said I drove a Benz only once a couple of days back in another place for a test drive.(I have a full license. But only once I drove a Benz for those 20 years of my driving )Then he said he can't give me the car for a test drive unless I pay $500 refundable deposit for finance documents processing.I couldn't believe what just happened. It felt like he is not confident enough that I can drive the vehicle properly. Lol.Don't know if it's that or company policy.I said that I will think about it and left the place immediately.I wonder how they sell cars. Maybe for those who have money ready to buy directly without financing.Then I went to another place and. Wow. It's completely different experience. Got the finance approval too without any deposit. Ended up buying from them.This sales guy might need to go to a few other places, test drive a vehicle and see how they intract with customers.I hope the company understand how I felt and improve the customer experience from now on. I'm pretty sure it's doable.

Nice cars and professional staff here. Some of the owner’s collection are interesting and you can actually sit in them and feel the history. The staff are friendly and can introduce you with the cars you like. The price and conditions are also reasonable and acceptable.

Dodgy don’t go here. Bought a car from them and within a year it’s had 3 problems and when I went to pick it up tyres were slightly deflated and there were a few scratches that were not there upon purchase.

I dealt with Tarim when trading and purchasing a new vehicle. Great guy and very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with deal and would highly recommend One Motor Group and their representative Tariq.

We just bought a family car from one motor group Autos, Mr Tariq demonstrated his professional to explain us all the packages, features, options with details that we might skimp. That’s such an excellent service and the cars there are very good looking and in great condition but not costly at all. Highly recommended if you are looking for a car imported from Japan.
