Marcella is an amazing therapists, she has made this experience one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and it has helped me in so many ways. Marcella was amazing, she was kind and her advice was practical. She helped me get out of a rut with my food choices and I have made some permanent positive changes to my diet.

Although initially I went to Marcella for weight loss, I ended up getting so much more. She helped me get back on track with self-care and exercise. I ended up getting back into yoga which I have always loved and even started meditating. She taught me that taking time for myself is crucial to my health & happiness and to my families. When I felt like giving up, she was there for me to kindly but firmly remind me why I came to her in the first place. I really enjoyed my sessions with Marcella.
