I purchased a bed King size dark malaysian oak model 508. We agreed to be it delivered from depot to depot with Mainfreight which I paid in advance to YNL Furniture along with the bed for a total of NZ $700. I was in touch with a person called Kim. Last contact was the bed will be sent a Monday so I would have it on Tuesday. I sold my own bed over the weekend. After a few days with no news I contacted Mainfreight who knew nothing. I then rang YNL because my emails were not answered to be told that Kim was no longer working there and they knew nothing about the bed but they will look into it and contact me back. I wait 2 days without contact despite several emails with copy of the invoice and payment obviously they don't check their emails. Very poor customer service. I'm sleeping with a mattress on the floor at the moment.

Affordable furniture

Appalling customer service, bought a dresser on trademe, paid for it and shipping right away. Get a call a week later telling me they don't have it in stock. It took them a day minimum response time between each text message after that. I had to demand a refund after 8 days when it became clear they had no intention of delivering my item. This may be a scam company.

I bought a queen size headboard from here and they delivered a king size. it turned up without a box and they said it was because it was a floor model. I called and spoke up someone who said he'd call me back, then never did. I emailed 6 times and called, text multiple times, no response. it's been months now. very disappointing and terrible service.

The worst product ever been purchased.The lady I called was not at all ready to listen anything. I just started with a line that the mattress you provided is not of good quality.Doesnot even listen and started staying you are not truthful. You talking to yourself.Worst customer after service.Never ever recommend this place.My whole body is in pain after using this mattress.

The shop has recently moved to 111 Lincoln road between the laundry mat and the curtain studio. Set up is ongoing but the owner Lucy was great too deal with and the quality of furniture is great too. Would recommend checking there trademe account out too.
