I brought a new 2023 vehicle. My experience in the yard and showroom was good.Got the vehicle home had a good look over due to having previous vehicle faults from Ilam. I found the exhaust hanger mount was not attached and rattling. I'm unsure how it got through the towbar fitting team and the 1st wof without them picking it up.Picture attached

Have used Ilam Toyota for many years as I have always found them to be extremely helpful. They fix issues without hesitation and are very focused on a great customer experience.Recently I purchased a used Hilux SR5. Unbeknownst to them, there was an issue when the vehicle hit 100km. They took it off me for two days providing a replacement, fixed the issue at no cost and returned it better than ever. This is what I call going above and beyond.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will be a customer for life.

Purchased Toyota Prius Prime and we found Patrick Hanrahan to be very knowledgeable and really helpful. He has explained us all the features and benefits of the car without being very aggressive for the sale. He has left the decision to us but clarified all relevant queries. We would highly recommend Patrick Hanrahan and would definitely go back to him and Ilam Toyota for our next purchase.

You do pay for quality products and can get the service you know will be fix you car. The vehicles they sell are all registered and warranted as well as serviced.They sell a complete range of vehicles and are proactive about getting in contact with you over servicing.Unfortunately they were not responsive with servicing. After being absolutely assured the parts would arrive they didn't arrive. Then blaming the Cook Straight Ferry for not meeting a crossing? They had the time to stop me driving across town from Redwood to Ilam but didn't txt or phone. They pride themselves on great customer service but this time Toyota's service department missed the mark.
