Chelsea Estate Heritage Park
Beautiful setting with stunning views across the harbour to Auckland city. A variety of easy walks are offered through the park, and we were lucky enough to catch a mini tour through the Sugar Factory (only $10pp) which was very interesting!

On the coast by Chelsea sugar refinery. Car park but can be busy on weekends, pleasant views of the harbour and coast, cafe on site with playground, walkways around the park.

Chelsea Estate Heritage Park
The walk takes around 1-1.5 hours, you will get to see great view of the auckland city centre from distance and a nice private beach on the way. Highly recommanded the walk for someone that not athletic lol

One of the hidden gems in Birkenhead- A blissful soul searching walk via Rawena Road - quick to get to the Chelsea Sugar Company!! Beautiful views of harbour , the bridge and sky tower !! Mind the downhill but is well equipped with a rail to hold onto - lush green grass and beautiful treesThe bird songs were just fantastic:)Safety Tip: keep off the road while crossing the Sugar company car park

Chelsea Estate Heritage Park
This is a very nice and unique park with a heritage area in it.The entry is via colonial road or rawene road.Dogs are allowed in this park.There is a decently maintained walkway which takes one around the chelsea bay and through the sugar factory parking.One can stop in the cafe in the sugar factory for a quick bite.The views of the Auckland city skyline are awesome and even better on a good day.Highly recommended for an hours walk and some time to be spent in the park grounds.
