My wife has been trying to contact Garth for the last 8 weeks. Calling every two weeks, lots of excuses and promises from Shelly and to date no answers or return calls. Have never experienced such bad service from a law firm.

Shelley does NOT know how to review a contract to buy a house or the title, she will make things up for 30mins rambling in your ear and ask YOU if the contract is fine, Garth is a BLESSING to deal with and very professional... as long as you can contact him.

Garth O'Brian forced me to sign the contract when I told him what he had typed was a lie and he insisted I just sign it cause it would help me with my case. After leaving his office I said no I didn't want him as my lawyer. And now he's gone ahead and charged me 1700 plus for he's services plus now he's even transferred it to baycorp just like that so no I'm not happy at all.
