Wow I was blown away by what expert advice could offer. I thought lighting was lighting, how wrong I was. Sure you will pay more for quality but what these guys can show you is what an incredible difference it will make in your home.

Purchased a light, was told this was out of stock and would be arriving later on, that we didn't mind. Received light advised this was from another store, opened and discovered light was most likely a display unit it was dirty and scratched along with broken parts (not what we expected for a pricey brand new product). We were given a refund without question, the only highlight of this experience.

We were working on our new Kitchen. We wanted some lighting for our new breakfast bar, but also for our open plan spaces. We explained this to a staff member at Lighthouse who then arranged for a lighting consultant to come to our home. This was very helpful. They then made a plan for our lighting, after discussing what our needs were. Then he contacted us again in the following few days to show us what he had come up with. We are very happy with how they worked in with our time frames and the fabulous lighting our home now has. Thank you!!!

Caveat Emptor. Numerous lighting fixtures on display had Chinese power plugs fitted. Some had Chinese to NZ adapters, which are incredibly dangerous. Possibly illegal, definitely unsafe. Highly unlikely to have Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDOC) certification. Unfriendly staff and astronomical prices, I won't be back unless I have a death wish.
