Abbotts Drainage

My parents had an emergency plumbing issue - I phoned Abbots plumbing and they were able to send out a technician that evening - Jade, a young Sth African man arrived - he was polite professional and cleared the problem well. He even went furtherand located the source of the problem - and advised what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.Thank you Abbots for great service - but thank you Jade for your service as it certainly exceeded our expectations. Well done 10/10.

Had a,bad blockage I rang my neighbor to get abbots phone number ...he had used them and was very pleased with them.they were were easy to get hold of and commication was great they came quickly and,did the job well.would use them again. A1

Booked in for 7:30am first thing. Didnt show up. Didnt hear anything, had to ring up to find out someone had called in sick. Lost money taking time off work and would have no discount for getting mucked around and take further time off work. Wouldn't recommend

needed sewer repair. They were amateur and unreliable in every thing they did. Didn't phone when they said they would. Went off site for hours forgetting to turn off the hose. Seemed to think that 2pm was home time even with work to do. Had to cut concrete, but came with small hammer and chisel to do it. Didn't turn up one day. Apparently an emergency. The boss texted us at the end of the day to explain, but didn't get our names correct.They are embarrassingly amateur

The Waikato technician is excellent. Timely service, willing to go the extra mile and super friendly. Highly recommended

To start off, I am a bit of a fussy person! So on a Sunday afternoon when I got home to find sewage coming out of my drain I thought who the heck is going to come out & sort this on a Sunday!After 6-8 calls I got a polite lady on the phone that said she can have someone there in a couple of hours & that is exactly what happened!!Two young guys in Hi Vis & overalls turned up & nothing was a problem.They tried several ways of sorting the problem out & they had it all cleared & washed down in under an hour!The cost was very reasonable & was a minimum cost of one hour & that's all it took. 10/10!!!! (& no I'm not a friend or family member of anyone that works there! I had never used them before)

Had some major drain issues, called abbotts and they were there within the hour. Had great service and were very professional

The good thing - they came out promptly when first contacted about an issue at our property. No issues with that.What I didn't understand, is if they cleared the blockage in the drain one weekend, how it could possibly be blocked again the next weekend, requiring me to pay them twice for doing the same thing. We got a lovely email explaining what they did both times. That's great. What I would have expected, though, was the job to be performed thoroughly the first time. Isn't that what you would pay for?
